Our company manages apartment and office buildings in Los Angeles and we recently switched cleaning companies. The last maids we hired for office cleaning were not the best. We had Gene come to our office and give us a free estimate that was comparable to the other cleaning company we hired. After checking references we went with his company and are glad we did. The first thing we noticed off the bat was customer service. When we called some answered and we’re always willing to answer any questions we had. Secondly their promptness on arriving at the scheduled cleaning is always on-time. Finally their detailed commercial office cleaning services really show. From vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows and wiping down all the work cubicles they really know how to keep a work space tidy. The bathrooms are always fully sanitized, cleaned and paper products stocked. In the past there was always something being forgotten and not cleaned that we’d have to attend to. Not now. I own a craftsman house in West Los Angeles and hired Gene and his cleaning maids to tidy up my Airbnb rental which is my guest house in the back. I get lots of renters and each time I inspect the cleaning after each stay I’m amazed at how detail oriented their cleaning is. It makes me proud to offer my guests such a well maintained and especially clean house. Their prices for custom cleanings is affordable and I like that with one call or email I can easily schedule a cleaning. Most times even on the same day! They have done such a great job cleaning that I have them cleaning my house once a week and have recommended them to friends who use them to keep their apartment tidy weekly. I’ve read other reviews for Los Angeles cleaning companies that charge more that I’ve used in the past and are not half as good. Five stars to Gene and his cleaning maids. Highly recommended.
